Everyone, get stoked: Tiesto has released a preview to his remix to Dada Life’s “So Young, So High.” Let us tell you, just based off this minute-long sample, we are beyond excited and convinced we are never, ever coming down from this one.
We already fell in love when Dada Life released this song back in October. However, dare we say it, Tiesto may be outdoing the original version. By incorporating more of a lead up to the drop, Tiesto makes us want to get up and dance and just pumps us up even more for the release of the full remix.
Dada Life’s original version is obviously excellent and the basis for Tiesto’s version. However, it just doesn’t sound quite as upbeat and doesn’t enthrall us into the music quite like Tiesto’s interpretation. Just based off of the preview, we can’t get enough of the electronic interlude after the bass drops.
Collective Efforts presents Tiesto on March 5th at San Jose State, and on March 6th tat the Save Mart Arena at Fresno State, special guests include Tommy Trash, Quntino, Alvaro, K Theory, and John Beaver. We are praying that Tiesto pulls it together and makes our night by releasing the full song while we’re still so young and so high.
Tickets for the San Jose show are currently SOLD OUT, you can still get tickets for the Fresno State show at www.ticketmaster.com
